ICH GCP: Can you do better?

Earlier this week PharmaSchool exhibited at a UK Clinical Research Conference which was attended by over 400 people. During the Conference we distributed a 10 question ICH GCP Test. The highest score achieved was 9 out of 10 and the average score was just 5.2 out of 10. Can you do better? The challenge is below:
